企业简介
1946年由天田勇（创立者）成立了天田制作所，初主要从事钣金机械以及切削产品的经营，1955年开发制造了名为contour的带锯盘，并于1956年开始销售，1965年买断美国的Torc-Pac品牌以及法国的Promecam品牌，并以天田名义销售，由此“天田”进入快速发展期，并在钣金事业中成为世界品牌，无论在日本、美国或者欧洲等发达都享有极高的知名度。据不完全统计近年来，在国际同类产品市场占有率位居，接近70％。2001年Amada的销售额达到了1900亿日元、从业人数达到4400人。
